Meet Your Coach

My name is Tymur Suprotkin, and I'm a personal trainer built on one principle:

Results matter more than excuses.

I didn't get into fitness to chase trends or sell shortcuts. I built my body, my knowledge, and my coaching philosophy the hard way — through discipline, consistency, and real work. Training wasn't just something I did; it became who I am.

This is my story — and the proof is in every competition won, every pull-up completed, and every client transformed.

Chapter 1: The Beginning

Where It All Started

At 12 years old, I discovered calisthenics in Ukraine. While other kids were playing video games, I was obsessed with mastering my bodyweight — pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups, and handstands became my daily ritual.

By 14, that obsession paid off. I started competing and won multiple regional competitions across Ukraine. The iron bars weren't just equipment — they were my proving ground.

Chapter 2: From Athlete to Judge

Earning Respect at 18

Winning competitions was one thing. But being invited as a judge at 18? That was validation that I truly understood the sport.

I wasn't just performing movements — I was mastering the technique, form, and standards that separate good athletes from great ones. This early responsibility taught me precision, discipline, and how to critically evaluate performance.

"Understanding what makes a movement perfect doesn't just make you a better athlete — it makes you a better coach."

Chapter 3: Expanding Horizons

University, Gymnastics & Coaching

During university, I trained in gymnastics for 3 years — refining body control, flexibility, and explosive power that calisthenics alone couldn't provide.

But I wasn't just training myself. I started coaching, helping others unlock their potential. Watching clients achieve movements they thought were impossible? That was more rewarding than any competition win.

Chapter 4: The UK Chapter

New Country, New Challenges

Moving to the United Kingdom meant starting fresh. I immersed myself in gym training, blending my calisthenics background with strength and conditioning.

I didn't just train — I got qualified. I earned my Level 3 Personal Training certification, combining years of hands-on experience with formal education in programming, nutrition, and coaching methodology.

Chapter 6: Training with Purpose

Ben Nevis Charity Challenge

Strength isn't just physical — it's about using what you've built to make a difference. I joined the Scottish Cali Squad to raise money for Mental Health Scotland.

Our mission? Ascend Ben Nevis — the UK's highest peak — carrying a portable pull-up bar from the bottom to the summit.

At the apex, we performed pull-ups to push our limits and raise awareness for mental health — proving that fitness is about more than aesthetics.

"When you train with purpose, every rep becomes meaningful. This wasn't about breaking records — it was about breaking barriers and helping others."
